Return and Exchange

1. The return and exchange of the Goods is carried out upon confirmation of the inadequate quality of the Goods.

A Product of inadequate quality means a Product that is defective and cannot perform its intended functions. The received Product must correspond to the description on the site.


The difference in design or decoration elements from those stated in the description provided on the site shall not be considered a defect or lack of functionality of the product.

If you have any problems with the product and you think that it is in an inadequate condition, you should send a letter to hello@solidwater.ru, indicating the complaint about the product, with attachment of 3-4 photos of the product, and your order number. Our manager will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the issue concerning the return or exchange of the purchased goods.


2. In case of damage to the Goods during transportation by the transport company, you should send 3-4 photos of the damaged Goods to our mail hello@solidwater.ru marked /Damage during transportation/. We will promptly contact you and resolve the issue on an individual basis.

3. The return of the Goods is made at the buyer's expense.
