Return and Exchange
A Product of inadequate quality means a Product that is defective and cannot perform its intended functions. The received Product must correspond to the description on the site.
If you have any problems with the product and you think that it is in an inadequate condition, you should send a letter to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the complaint about the product, with attachment of 3-4 photos of the product, and your order number. Our manager will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the issue concerning the return or exchange of the purchased goods.
3. The return of the Goods is made at the buyer's expense.
